These are unforgettable trousers! Super high waisted, slightly cropped leg with a very on trend block printed pattern - these handmade trousers are a 'must have' for any wardrobe.

The thick cotton twill fabric is naturally dyed with indigo. They are made with two back pockets and button fly. The high waisted and cropped leg design means they’re incredibly flattering and did we mention COMFORTABLE! We adore these jeans at PRIOR because they bring the sunshine whatever the weather.

Each size is based on your waist size so please measure your personal size as it commercial measurements that you're used to, might vary.

Pictured - the model is 5"7 and is wearing an Extra Small.

Materials and Care

Indigo dyed cotton twill.

The block printed fabric may have irregularities in the prints or other coloured marks from the printers table. We see this as the artists signature and evidence it is handmade and natural.

Just like all things natural, naturally dyed fabric will change over its lifetime. We love this effect as it will get subtle lighter and darker in areas depending on how they are cared for and worn.  It is advised to not leave the fabric in the sun as it will fade, and to wash either by hand or on a cool wash.  We actually recommend only washing when absolutely necessary. The Mahika Kala garments that Beck Prior owns, and has washed regularly, are still beautiful with their slightly faded colour.

*Indigo may transfer onto your skin. Unfortunately this is common with naturally dyed indigo and should reduce after washing a few times.

To keep the colours vibrant:

  • Hand wash/cool wash with similar colours and dry in the shade
  • Use natural washing powders.
