Ria Burns

Ria makes small batch, artisanal knitwear from local, traceable wool. Wool is hand dyed with homegrown and foraged native plants. Each piece is handmade to create a long-lasting, and unique product that works with, not against the environment.

Sustainability

Following regenerative agricultural practices Ria creates local, climate beneficial, slow fashion. Inspired by the concept of soil-to-soil textiles, Ria uses natural, biodegradable fibres and at the end of the garment’s life, wool can be composted returning nutrients to the soil.
